COHO (Cooper Holding Corp)- Our Next 1,000% Gainer?

We issued a buy on COHO (Cooper Holding Corp) at .0011 cents to our members on Friday, Dec 9th, 2011. Since then the stock has surged as high as .0037 cents on Friday, Dec 16th, 2011 posting an incredible 260% gains potential since our initial alert and still managed to close strong at .0035 cents. Based on our extensive due diligence on COHO and the fact that the President took the time to reply back to our email and what he stated, we firmly believe that COHO has a very good chance to hit our revised targets of .01+ to .03 cents between now and January 2012 of next year.

Below lets take a look at the chart for COHO. We can see the RSI still in the power zone at 69.93. We saw some decent accumulation today and the fact we have already broken and passed the 50 Day Moving Average at .0020 cents it appears we are well on our way now to break the next level which is the 200 Day Moving Average at .0090 cents.

Daniel Earl Cooper, the founder of Cooper Holding Corp holds a degree in business finance and has been involved in business management for two decades. His dedication to honesty, integrity and hard work was instilled at an early age while working for his father. Daniel would eventually purchase his father's construction company.

In 1996 he was awarded a contractor's license in the State of Florida. Together he and his brother Gary Cooper managed C&K Construction Inc. for eight years. Construction projects included spec homes, custom homes and commercial projects. In 2004, Daniel saw that the housing crash was inevitable and elected to move in a new direction.

He moved his family to Southern Georgia where he was a consultant for several municipalities in the South East District. Monday's Watchlist: MINE- TIME TO BOUNCE?

MINE (Minerco Resources Inc) .0020 Cents- The stock has fallen heavily from its yearly high of .0080 cents and recently tumbled to an all time 52 week low of .0014 cents. Minerco Resources, Inc. Receives Water Contract From Honduran Government for the Chiligatoro Hydro-Electric Project
Minerco Resources, Inc NEW Common Stock (OTCBB:MINE)

Minerco Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: MINE), a progressive developer, producer and provider of clean, renewable energy solutions in Latin America, announced today the company has received the Water Contract from the Honduran Government for its Chiligatoro Hydro-Electric Project.

The Chiligatoro Project's Water Contract, approved and granted by Secretaria de Recursos Naturales y Ambiente ("SERNA"), Honduras's Natural Resources and Environmental Ministry, assigns the rights to exclusively exploit the National water rights of the Chiligatoro and Grande de Manazapa Rivers by the Chiligatoro Project. The Water Contract is attached to the 30 Year Operations contract and is renewable with the Operations Contract. The Water Contract, in conjunction with the Operations Contract, allows the Chiligatoro Project to be formally submitted to Empresa Nacional de Energia Electrical (ENEE) for Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and National Congress for Final Approval and National Registration.

As previously released, the Intibuca Municipal Environmental Unit and the local communities and municipalities have formally approved the Chiligatoro Project. The Environmental Impact Study has been submitted and is pending approval from SERNA, Honduras's Natural Resources and Environmental Ministry. The Honduran National Commission of Energy has approved and SERNA has signed the 30 Year Operations Contract for the Chiligatoro Project.

ActionView International has completed its acquisition of MatchFights, LLC, which is now the focus of the company's operations. MatchFights, LLC and its World Championship Full Contact property deliver live, high-definition, pay-per-view events, including no-holds-barred, full contact fights, in an interactive venue over the Internet to a global audience. The live events will have broad appeal and include elements of fighting, music, ring girl contests, and other live entertainment as part of the broadcast.

(Pink Sheets:AVEW) Chief Executive Officer Joe Wooten today released additional details on the company's June 4th WCFC "Last Man Standing" Championship Tournament at the Rail Event Center in Salt Lake City, stating, "This is by far our most exciting event to date and has generated an overwhelming response as far reaching as Canada and Europe. With so many talented fighters in the 155 lb. weight class, we chose a tournament-style event to determine who would be the raining lightweight WCFC champion. We selected the 16 best lightweight fighters from four states, and on June 4th, we will find out which one deserves to wear the WCFC belt."

According to Mr. Wooten, the tournament will follow slightly modified MMA rules to better reflect the nature of the event. Each bout will consist of one, five minute round with the winner being paid and advancing to the next match. With a 16-man field, the winner will have fought and won a total of four rounds. Utah laws restrict a fighter to five rounds in one night, allowing for one additional round in the event of a draw. Other rule changes involve standing fighters back up if they are not actively seeking to end the fight and deducting a point if a fighter on the ground clinches in order to force the referee to stand the fight up.

The company also released the names of several fighters, including Steven Sharp, Lucas Montoya, Gordon Bell, Cody Ziemer, Brad McRae, James Birdsley, Ty Hamblin, Kerry Lattimer, Jason Gybels, Tallon Hoffman, Derek Wilkerson, Sean Powers, Michael Parker and Pat Reeves. First round matchups will be by random selection.
