("CVRG" or the Company") (OTC PINK: CVRG) is pleased to announce that Donald Steinberg has been appointed Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of the Company and is currently strategizing with the new management team on restructuring the company to implement new business operations.
On September 4th, 2015, Mr. Steinberg acquired a controlling position in CVRG and also purchased $76,110 in Company debt.
Mr. Steinberg has been at the forefront of new business concepts on multiple occasions, and brings a great deal of experience to CVRG that will benefit the Company in a myriad of ways.
In the 1980s, he developed stock option analysis and trading programs. This led to his management of floor traders on multiple options exchanges, and gave him the knowledge and insight he needed to successfully take other companies public.
In the early 90s, Mr. Steinberg co-founded Globalcom 2000 and entered into the prepaid phone card business, which at that time was an almost unknown market. Globalcom 2000 became one of the largest and fastest growing phone card companies in the United States. Among the many firsts accomplished in that business was an account with 7-11, which he personally closed, and which made Globalcom 2000 the first branded phone card in the country with a corporate logo.
In 1994, he developed a telecom "Callback" business called One World Communications. He subsequently traveled the world, opening up 187 training centers in only 9 months, and created the world's largest International MLM global sales force selling telecom services.
In 2006, Mr. Steinberg formed Club Vivanet, an International network marketing company, selling a variety of services. In 2008, he merged Club Vivanet with a publicly traded company and began trading on the OTC Markets.
In 2008, he recognized the emerging opportunities in the medical marijuana industry, and changed the direction of Club Vivanet and renamed it to Medical Marijuana Inc., which became America's first publicly traded company in the medical marijuana industry. In 2011, he successfully managed the acquisition of Medical Marijuana Inc. and the transition to new management.
Mr. Steinberg has vast experience in building and managing start-up companies, managing public company compliance, and spent years managing floor operations on various stock exchanges. Robert L. Hymers III
Robert Hymers was the president and CEO of Everlert until his resignation in July of 2014. He then took on the full time responsibilities of his CPA practice, acting as managing Director and CEO. He then rejoined Everlert, as a Board Member in November of 2014 to assist Darin Shaw, the company's President, with operations. In December, he was appointed as the Company's CFO. Mr. Hymers has also served as the Vice President of Totalpost Services Inc. since 2011. He is a licensed CPA in the state of California, and has provided tax services to several prominent entertainment companies during his career as a tax professional with Ernst & Young, LLP. His extensive experience, not only within the field of Entertainment, but also in a diverse group of industries, combined with his prolonged involvement in several different roles with Everlert, makes him a key asset to our Company.
Mr. Hymers has also served as the CFO the publicly traded company Global Hemp Group (OTC: GBHPF), and is the Managing Partner of Pinnacle Tax Services, LLC. Mr. Hymers holds a Master of Science in Taxation, and a Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy from California State University Northridge, and is the founding, managing editor of the University's Tax Development Journal.
